  • How do I arrange for an item to be collected from site?
    Please complete the collections form which is located on our website’s front page. FFS will send you a confirmation email and also book in with the Fortnum and Mason Goods-In team for Piccadilly.
  • How do I arrange delivery to Piccadilly of an item in storage?
    Once you have placed your order on-line, we will book in with the Fortnum and Mason Goods-In team for access and email you a confirmation of the date for delivery.
  • Can you do an urgent delivery?
    Yes we can. Please email us at warehouse@ffs-limited.co.uk
  • Where is my delivery?
    Please email warehouse@ffs-limited.co.uk or call our office on 01403 257857
  • What are your delivery and collection days?
    Tuesday and Thursday each week for Piccadilly.
  • Something is missing or broken with my delivery?
    Please send a photo and details to warehouse@ffs-limited.co.uk
  • How do I get dimensions for an item?
    Dimensions are listed under each item when you click on the photo and also a description of the condition.
  • I have a special order request, what are the options?
    A special order, such a large order or a project related order, please book via the website in the normal way. You can then email us at warehouse@ffs-limited.co.uk to let us know any further special details about your request.
  • Can I order a few weeks in advance?
    Yes
  • Can I have a collection or delivery to our Satellite stores?
    Yes. Please add the relevant address on the checkout page
